Kamelya provides comprehensive services for patients suffering from all forms of mental illness (e.g., Major Depressive Disorder / Depression, Bi-polar Disorder, etc.), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, substance abuse and addictions, dementia, and anxiety. We also offer family and caregiver support, placement options, resources, training, coping skills, and education.
Our team of professionals will assess patients at "bedside" or at the intake level, identify barriers and challenges, reconcile and manage medications, determine the best treatment options, coordinate care, and connect patients and families with necessary services to reduce the risk of re-hospitalization and or relapse, and aid in life-long recovery and overall wellness. Our staff is extremely proactive when assisting patients as our goal is to increase their chances for continued or lasting recovery, independence, and success.
As an extension of home health, we own and operate Torrey Coast Behavioral Health Center
in Mission Valley. Our services include all areas of psychotherapy and treatment for:

What is Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)?
Our psychiatrist will perform an initial evaluation to determine whether or not an individual is a candidate for Deep TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation). If eligible, we test motor threshold (brain excitability) and conduct a "brain mapping" to determine which specific regions of the brain require stimulation.
Each deep stimulation and non-invasive treatment session lasts approximately 20 minutes at our Torrey Coast Treatment Center. TMS uses magnetic fields to stimulate under-active neurons in the brain which control mood, symptoms of depression, addiction, etc. Follow-up evaluations are performed every three-to-six months, or as needed to ensure positive results.
Psychotherapy Treatment
Torrey Coast Behavioral Health Center offers a broad range of psychotherapy services and treatment options. Patients may choose to visit our on-site psychiatrists and psychotherapists at our Mission Valley offices, or they may take advantage of psychotherapy services via a Telehealth and monitoring application, downloadable on any computer or mobile device. Medical insurance and private payment methods are accepted.
